Fermex pilot-scale BioFoton systems are designed & manufactured for the cultivation of targeted micro-algae with a lower risk of contamination to achieve higher biomass yield. Our BioFoton series are flexible in controlling and maintaining optimized reproducible cultivation conditions such as temperature, light, pH, and carbon dioxide concentration for the growth of phototrophic microalgae which are used to produce various types of metabolites, antioxidants, polysaccharides, vitamins, bioactive compounds, and polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs), which are important in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and aquaculture industries. BioFoton pilot-scale series range from 50L-750L, with customized controls. We also make customized Photo-bioreactors according to process and user requirements.
