An agitator is a blunt moving projection that stirs fluids. An impeller is a propeller in an enclosed duct or tube. An agitator will give us more random movement to the fluids, while an impeller will produce a directional flow.

3D modeling is the process of developing a mathematical representation of any design in three dimensions. 3D modeling helps each part or component of a structure to be checked, tested and revised before going to production. It also helps to create a precise site for installation.

Lathe machines are machining tools that are used primarily for shaping metal or wood. The main use is to remove the unwanted parts of the material to get the desired product. It rotates a workpiece about an axis of rotation to perform various operations like cutting, knurling, drilling, turning, etc.

TIG stands for Tungsten Inert gas. It uses an electrode separate from the filler material, the electrode is called tungsten. The inert gas we used is typically argon, or sometimes helium or a mixture. It works on a wider variety of metals than any other type of welding. It also produces the cleanest, strongest welds. Usually, there is no spark, no spatter, slag or smoke and fumes in the welding process.

The materials we used for the manufacturing of fermenters are Borosilicate glasses, SS316L for wet parts and SS304 for non-wet parts.
